Chef Hollyfield started his career at a young age helping in his family-owned restaurant in the inner city of Compton, CA. His grandmother, Madia, was a Southern Queen in the kitchen. This is where Chef Hollyfield learned family recipes such as homemade banana pudding with macadamia nut, sweet potato cheesecakes, and not to mention her mouthwatering soul food dishes. And the specialty? Tri tip and ribs! You don't need teeth to eat Chef Holly’s beef ribs because they’re extraordinarily tender!
Holly Q’s Catering (also known as H & M Catering) offers a wide array of foods for your dining pleasures. We have provided catering for a group of 600 diners for FedEx’ corporate events, as well as weddings for 200 plus guests. If you want a "no fuss" intimate dinner party, it’s not a problem for our company. We are a one-stop-shop for your event planning, decorating and catering needs.
DJ is our creative mind for decorating your special event, and runs the “Devine-N-Design Event Planning” section of our Company. She has creativity like no other, and can take your vision to another level to achieve your desired look for your event or occasion. We also have our own supply of tables and chairs as well as complete tablescape items (i.e.; fine china, champagne flutes, water goblets, silverware, chargers and linens). Terms of Booking
Q: When do I have to determine my final guest count?
A: We ask that you give us your final guest count three weeks prior to your
event.
Q: How much notice is needed to plan an event?
A: The complexity of the event will dictate the lead time. We will do
everything we can to accommodate last minute requests. However
because our calendar typically books up quickly, it is best to contact us as
early as possible.
