H&M Catering was perfect in helping to arrange the details of the day and had everything we needed to make sure that all bases were covered. Dewayne and Dujuania were always accessible and easy to communicate with whenever we needed.

The food was absolutely delicious; the service was fantastic and the servers were impeccable. I would compare the food to be very similar in quality, taste, presentation and perfection to what you get at a 5 star restaurant.

Everything came together seamlessly! They blew us away with their level of service. I highly recommend H&M Catering for weddings and other special events."

"I have to start this review right off by saying how Absolutely Amazing Hollyfield Catering is. Now I'll break it down.

Trying to plan a party is stressful but trying to plan a party that is beautiful, elegant, special, and delivers not only to the guests but touches the hearts of the one's you're throwing the event for can be even more stressful. (Unless you have a knack for this sort of thing.) From the beginning to the end My event turned out to be more than I had even imagined.

Meeting with DJ to discuss the menu was so easy. It was comfortable, relaxing, and she set my mind at ease from the very beginning that everything was going to be perfect. She was right! Whenever I called or sent a text I was always responded to in a timely matter and whenever I started to panic I was reassured that I didn't have to worry about a thing. That "she's got this". I appreciated that so much.

The food was amazing! From the pot stickers down to the tri tip. Everything was timed perfectly. The staff were professional, kind, and so helpful.

What topped this evening off for me was the arrangement and layout. It was gorgeous. The flowers, crystal platters, vases, candles, and the long chalkboard with menu written on it just completed the look. This family business knows what they're doing. Amazing food, elegant design/decorating execution, professionalism, easy to communicate with and honesty.

If you want good food and I mean gooood food then I highly recommend Hollyfield Catering. I can't wait to plan another event just so I can use them again."
